Question 1

Do I need to know where or when I want to travel?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You can start with just a feeling or idea — a warm escape, a relaxing break, or an active trip. TurnTrip turns that into complete, ready-to-compare trip options.

Question 2

Is TurnTrip free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exploring trip options with TurnTrip is completely free. No payment, no credit card, no commitment.

Question 3

How does the 20% hotel discount work?

Accepted Answer

TurnTrip is free. When you book, you book directly with our partners at their normal price - the 20% comes off your first hotel booking made through us. The offer is limited to the first 1,000 new accounts.

Question 4

How do I know these trips are really right for me?

Accepted Answer

Every trip is evaluated based on how well it fits your holiday idea, travel style, and needs — so you're choosing from options that genuinely suit you. And if you want to adjust anything, every detail can be freely customised manually.

Question 5

Is TurnTrip good for solo travellers, couples and families?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you describe your holiday idea, you tell us who you're travelling with — and we use that to find and rank options that genuinely fit your group. A family trip looks very different from a solo adventure.

Question 6

Are the prices shown real?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All flights and hotels are pulled directly from our travel partners and updated constantly — prices are accurate, though small variations may occasionally occur.

Question 7

How is TurnTrip different from booking sites like Skyscanner or Booking.com?

Accepted Answer

Traditional booking sites make you do the work — you choose a destination, search flights, search hotels, compare everything separately, and still wonder if you found the best option. TurnTrip flips the process: describe the kind of holiday you want, and we build 2-3 complete trip options for you — destination, dates, flights and hotels together. Less searching, more deciding.

Question 8

Is TurnTrip better than a traditional travel agent?

Accepted Answer

A travel agent gives you personalised options but takes days and costs money. TurnTrip gives you the same — complete, curated trip options matched to your holiday idea and travel style — in seconds, for free. You stay in control: compare your options and decide with confidence.
